Now within an automation you have the tags block to add or remove tags from customers. This is useful for improving your customer segmentation and creating more personalized campaigns.

A shampoo brand can create automatic tags based on the purchased product, such as “curly hair”, “oily hair” or “dry hair” — allowing specific campaigns for each type of customer.

📦 Automation for Order Delivered (Nuvemshop)

Now you can create automations for when an order is marked as delivered on Nuvemshop.
Not all Nuvemshop stores have this information available. If you’re not seeing this trigger in your automations, you can send a message to support so we can check.
