# WhatsApp carousel

> Create templates with multiple product cards, images, text, and buttons for WhatsApp campaigns.

### What is the WhatsApp carousel?

The **WhatsApp carousel** is a template with multiple cards side by side. Each card has an image, short text, and a button. It is the ideal format for new-arrival campaigns, collections, and product lists.

### Before you start

* The template must use the **Marketing** category.
* Meta requires **2 to 10 cards**.
* Every card must use the same structure: image, text, and one button.
* The template goes through Meta review, which can take up to 24 hours.
* The number of cards is fixed in the template. For a different number of cards, create another template.

### How to create the template

1. In the dashboard, open **Official WhatsApp Campaigns** and click **Create Campaign**.
2. In the **1. Template** step, fill in the main message body shown above the cards.
3. Turn on the **Card carousel** block.
4. Add the cards. For each card, upload an image, write short text, and configure the button.
5. To save time, click **Fill with products** and choose products from your catalog. Bevits fills in the image, name, price, and link.
6. Review the preview and click **Send for WhatsApp review**.

>
> The card button can be a link or a quick reply. If the link contains a variable, it must be at the end of the URL.

### How to use it in a campaign

1. Create a WhatsApp campaign and, in the **1. Template** step, select the approved template.
2. In the **2. Content** step, review the carousel preview.
3. To use different products in this campaign, click **Fill cards with products** and select one product for each card.
4. Continue to the audience, choose the sender, and send.

>
> Fill every card before continuing. If a product, image, or link is missing, Bevits blocks the send so the template's sample product is not delivered.

### Products side by side in email

The same applies to email: in the product block, turn on **Keep columns side by side on mobile** so the 3 columns do not stack on mobile.

### Limitations

* Templates created outside the Bevits editor must be reopened and saved in the editor before being used in a campaign.
* Product images that cannot be downloaded automatically must be uploaded manually in the card.
* Approval and content rules are defined by Meta.
